Barbecue (BBQ) pork scotch fillet

This slow cooked, BBQ Asian pork recipe is seriously full of flavour and a great crowd pleaser.  The marinating and slow cooking make it a perfect recipe for pork scotch fillet.

– Ginger – Chilli – Garlic – Spring Onion/ (Scallions) – Cinnamon quills – Star anise – Chinese 5 spice powder – Blackstrap molasses – Light soy sauce – Sesame oil – Sweet Mirin – Sweet soy sauce (Kecap manis)

The marinade:

STEP 1 -  Prep Prepare all the ingredients.

STEP 2 -  Combine Pour marinade ingredients over the pork.

STEP 3 -  Rub Mix ingredients well. Cover and place in fridge, for at least 4 hours.
