Peach Glaze


- Peaches - Bourbon - Brown sugar - Lemon - Cumin - Coriander - Red wine vinegar


When cooking ham, remove the rind and score the fat layer in a criss-cross pattern.

Step 1:  Prepare the ham

Place peaches, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until jam-like.

Step 2: 

Hot dish

Add cumin, coriander, bourbon, and vinegar, bring to a boil, remove from heat, cool slightly, and blend until smooth.

Step 3: 

Place ham in oven dish with water, brush glaze over ham, and reserve some glaze for later.

Step 4: Glaze the ham

After baking, let the ham rest 20-60 minutes and baste it with the oven juices to keep it moist and flavorful.
