Delicious Thai  Seafood Salad

A delicious summer salad packed with Thai flavours, perfectly cooked seafood, crisp salad and slurping noodle.  The perfect dinner anyday of the week.

– Garlic cloves – Chili – Coriander stalks  – Lemons  – Sugar – Fsh sauce

Dressing Ingredients:

STEP 1 - In a pestle and mortar (or mini blender), pound the garlic, chilli, and coriander stalks to a paste.

Let's start with creating the Nam Jing dressing:

STEP 2 : Add sugar, pound, lemon juice, mix, and season with fish sauce to taste.

STEP 1 - Make a slit along the back of the prawns and cut the squid into rings. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add salt.

Let's cook the seafood:

STEP 4 -  Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until seafood is cooked through. Remove from heat and season with nahm Jim.

Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl, toss with dressing, seafood, peanuts, and shallots.

Assemble the salad!

As ever we recommend you getting to know your local fish monger. Mussels and scallops will work great in this recipe as well.
