Easy Fish Curry

This fragrant fish curry is quick to make and packed with nutritious and delicious ingredients. It's the perfect weeknight meal that's both satisfying and healthy.

– Fish – Onion, ginger, garlic, tomato. – Spices  – Coconut cream

 A few simple ingredients:

STEP 1 - Prep the ingredients: – Peel and blend the  garlic. – Blend the tomatoes. - Make a ginger and garlic paste. – 

STEP 2: Heat the oil in a pot over low heat. Add the onion and cook for 10 minutes.

STEP 3 : Add the ginger and garlic paste and cook for 10 minutes more.

STEP 4 -  Add the spices, tomatoes, and coconut cream. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the fish and green beans. Cook until the fish is cooked through.

STEP 5 - Season with salt and serve with cilantro and lemon wedges.

If you don't have coconut cream, you can substitute full-fat coconut milk.
