Follow our 3 simple steps to making delicious mussel fritters: 1. Prepare and steam the mussels  2. Create the batter and allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. 3. Cook the fritters - spoon the batter on to a hot non stick frying pan, cook for a few minutes each side until golden. Serve with our horseradish mayo, wedges of lemon and enjoy.
