Easy Homemade Pasta

Make your own fresh pasta at home with just 2 ingredients! This easy recipe is so much better than store-bought pasta and will only take you a few minutes to make.

- Flour - Large Eggs

Only 2 Ingredients:

STEP 1 - Sift the flour into a large bowl.

STEP 2 -  Make a well in the flour and add the eggs. Using a fork, whisk the eggs. Then slowly start drawing in the flour, until you can no longer mix with a fork.

STEP 3 -  Knead the dough until smooth.

STEP 4 -  Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Alarm Clock

STEP 5 - Work the dough through the pasta machine, repeat this process 4-6 times to improve the texture.  Once the dough is at your desired thickness, pass through the cutter setting on the pasta machine.
