Easy Paella Recipe

Main ingredients: Chicken, chorizo, onion, garlic, rice Additional ingredients: Smoked paprika, oregano, passata, cherry tomatoes, prawns Optional ingredients: Lemon, salt


STEP 1 - Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.


STEP 2 -  Cut chicken, chorizo, onion, capsicum, and garlic.

STEP 3 -  Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken, chorizo, onion, capsicum, and garlic until slightly caramelised.

STEP 4 -  Add smoked paprika, oregano, passata, rice, prawns, and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and add chicken stock.

STEP 5 - Bring to the boil, place in oven, and cook for 20 minutes.

You can switch the chorizo for smoked bacon or pancetta. Calamari would work well instead of prawns.
