Blend all the dip ingredients (except the seeds) in a food process to your preferred consistency, then mix in the mustard seeds.

To make the salmon dip 

Heat up the oven and arrange the thinly sliced ciabatta. Apply a coating of olive oil and season. Toast in oven until crisp.

To serve with homemade Crostini

Prior to serving place the dip in the fridge to allow it to cool and firm up. A great recipe to make the night before and store in the fridge, ready to serve and enjoy with family and friends.
