Easy Thai Laksa

Love the flavor of Thai laksa but don't have the time to make it from scratch? Look no further than our easy Thai laksa recipe! This classic dish from Southeast Asia is a fragrant, spicy chicken soup for the soul. It's a comforting dish that is best served with chopsticks and a spoon, for the ultimate slurping experience.

- Chicken, vermicelli noodles - Laksa paste - Coconut cream - Spices and Garnish

A fewsimple ingredients:

STEP 1 - 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

STEP 2 -  Season chicken breasts with salt and cook in a pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to the oven for 18 minutes.

STEP 3 -  Cook noodles according to package directions.

STEP 4 -  Heat oil in a pot or wok and cook garlic, chili, and ginger for a few minutes. Add laksa paste and cook for 3 minutes.

STEP 5 - Add coconut cream, chicken stock, and tofu puffs. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

To serve, divide noodles and mung beans among bowls. Ladle over the hot broth and top with tofu puffs, chicken, sambal, spring onions, cilantro, and crispy shallots.
