Fresh Thai Salad

A fresh and zingy Thai beef salad is a great go-to summer salad. With perfectly balanced Thai flavours, crunchy textures and perfectly cooked beef.  This dish is sure to be a guest favourite.

Step 1 Nam Jim dressing This delicious Thai dressing packs a push in the flavour department but is simple to make and can be used in a variety of other dishes too.

Step 3 While your beef is resting. Prepare all your salad ingredients and soak your vermicelli noodles in boiling water. 

Step 4 To assemble the salad. Dress the salad ingredients, sliced beef and noodles with the dressing. Mix well and serve.

We love to serve this salad the traditional way with all the ingredients mixed and piled high. Serve with any leftover dressing and extra sliced chilli for those who like a little extra heat!
