Mash the banana.

STEP 2

Add the oats and honey to the mashed banana.

STEP 3

Mix until the ingredients are well combined. 

STEP 4

Divide the mixture into a 6-cup muffin tray, press into even cups, and freeze for 30 minutes.

STEP 5

Bake granola cups for 30 minutes at 180 ℃/350 ℉, then cool for 10 minutes. Prepare toppings and add to each cup.
