Sushi Rice - Sushi rice - Sushi vinegar - Water

Spicy Salmon - Salmon fillet - Spring onions - Sesame seeds - Sriracha - Japanese mayo

Ingredients:

Cook the rice. Add the sushi vinegar to the rice and mix well.

STEP 1:

To make the Japanese spicy salmon. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix gently. Or prepare your filling of choice.

STEP 2:

Create the rice balls. Form a small ball of rice. Make a dent in the middle of the ball with your thumb or finger. Add a little salmon filling. Fill in the dent with more rice. Roll the ball back into a ball.

STEP 3:

Wet your hands prior to working with the rice, as it gets sticky.
