Lamb Tacos

Simple ingredients:

STEP 1 - Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

STEP 2 -  Add the lamb, cinnamon stick, star anise, orange zest, orange juice, cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked through, about 1 hour.

STEP 3 -  Shred the lamb with two forks and serve in corn tortillas with your favorite toppings.
