Marinated Grilled Fish 

Try something new this summer with this marinated fish recipe! Simple yet seriously delicious recipe, perfect for summer grilling!

– Hapuka fillets – Fennel seeds – Garlic cloves – Flaky salt – Black pepper – Chilli flakes – Lemons – Olive oil – Parsley


STEP 1 - Grind fennel seeds, garlic cloves, flaky salt, pepper, chilli flakes, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a mortar and pestle or mini blender.

STEP 2 -  Rub the marinade over fish fillets and place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes and up to 1 hour.


STEP 3 - Heat griddle pan or BBQ to high heat, lightly oil grill plate.

STEP 4  - lace fish on hot grill, cook for 3 minutes per side.

STEP 5 - Sprinkle with salt, squeeze lemon juice, serve.

Don't allow the fish to marinate for longer than an hour, as the acid from the lemon will start to cook the fish.
