- Clams - Tostada - Sour cream - Red radish - Cilantro - Lemon

- Avocado - Lemon - Salt and pepper

- Oil - Corn - Gardlic - Red chili - Paprika

To cook clams, steam them quickly in a large hot pot with 100 ml of water, discard any unopened clams, and save the cooking liquor for soups and sauces.

Step 1: Cook clams

Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone, and scoop out the flesh. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a blender, and blend until smooth.

Step 2: Avocado Puree

Spread a good layer of the avocado puree onto each tostada, add 6-8 clams to each tostada. Spoon over some of the corn salsa.

Step 3: Assemble

Pipe a little of the sour cream randomly on each of the tostadas and garnish with the radish and fresh coriander leaves.

Step 4: 

Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over and enjoy
