Simple Greek Salad

This Greek salad is a classic side dish that is perfect for any occasion.  Serve as a light meal, with grilled chicken, pork, fish, or at your next barbecue.

Salad: - Feta - Cucumber - Bell peppers - Onions - Tomatoes - Basil leaves Dressing: - Mustard - Vinegar - Olive Oil - Garlic and oregano - Salt and pepper

Ingredients:

Persimmon
Carrot
Radish

STEP 1 - Combine ingredients in a jar and shake well.

Let's start with the Dressing:

STEP 2 -  Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.

STEP 1 -  In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, pepper, red onion, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Toss to combine and serve.

For the Salad:

STEP 2 -  Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with feta and basil.

Serve straight away or store salad and dressing in the fridge separately until ready to dress and serve.

This salad is so simple to make it works great with bbq's or any shared table when hosting friends and family.
