Salmon potato salad



Indulge in a flavorful twist with this Smoked Salmon Potato Salad Discover a delightful recipe combining the richness of smoked salmon with a classic potato salad.  The perfect side this holiday season.


- Baby potatoes - Eggs - Mayonnaise - Mustard - Gherkins - Red onion - Salmon - Lemon - Salt and pepper


STEP 1 - Place the baby potatoes and bring to a boil until they are just soft. 

Strain off the water and allow to cool.

STEP 2 -  Bring a small pot of water to a boil, add the eggs using a spoon, cook for six and a half minutes.

Remove and place into an ice bath to cool.

STEP 3 -  In a large bowl, add the dressing ingredients together and season with a pinch of salt and pepper and mix to combine.

STEP 4 -  Peel the eggs, and cut them in half. Combine the potatoes and dressing then mix well.

STEP 5 - To assemble first layer the potato mix into your salad bowl.  Evenly arrange the eggs and flake over the smoked salmon.  Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

The key to a great potato salad is perfectly cooked potatoes. Don't overcook them or they become too 'mushy' once mixed.
