Thai Salad

This recipe brings together the classic Thai flavors of sweet, sour, spice, and salt.  The beef is perfectly cooked and then tossed with a refreshing salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and herbs.

Let's start with creating the Nam Jing dressing:

STEP 1: In a pestle and mortar (or mini blender), pound the garlic, chilli, and coriander stalks to a paste.

STEP 2 : Add sugar, pound, lemon juice, mix, and season with fish sauce to taste.

Cook your beef: Heat a pan with oil, sear beef for 3 minutes per side, then remove and let rest.
