- Salmon fillet - Olive oil  - Salt and pepper - Homemade dukkah

STEP 1 - Preheat the oven

STEP 2 -  Line a large baking tray with parchment paper

STEP 3 -  Place the salmon skin side down, rub with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper

STEP 4 -  Place into the preheated oven for 12 minutes

STEP 5 -  Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to rest

Generously sprinkle the dukkah over the ccoked salmon
