How to make homemade pizza sauce.
Our recipe is really simple and uses tinned chopped tomatoes, which is useful being a cupboard staple. No one wants a soggy sauce on their pizza though, so this recipe requires bringing the sauce to the boil then simmering for 15 minutes. Allowing some of the liquid to evaporate and the sauce to thicken enough to make a delicious easy pizza sauce.

Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce
- 2 tins (400g) Tinned tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder
- Add all ingredients into a pan
- Bring pan to the boil, then simmer for 15 minutes, allowing liquid to reduce.
- (Optional) If preferred blend sauce till smooth
